Our pipes are handcrafted unique pieces made from natural meerschaum. Variations in color, structure, and pattern are natural characteristics of the material and do not constitute a defect.

Claims can be considered within 4 weeks from the date of purchase. After extended storage, we cannot provide any guarantee for material-specific changes. Requests beyond this period may be reviewed on a discretionary goodwill basis.

Please note that used pipes cannot be returned or claimed.
